Are You Getting enough Sleep?

We have long recognized the importance of getting enough sleep– we make mattresses, sleep is our number one concern!  It’s interesting to see just how many American’s aren’t getting enough sleep.  A new study by the CDC estimates that about 41 MILLION adults don’t get all the shut-eye they need.

“If you happen to be at work right now and you’re feeling tired, you’ve got a lot of company. A new CDC study finds more than 40 million workers get fewer than six hours of sleep per night – that’s about 30 percent of the country’s civilian workforce.”  Read the full article >>
